There are two parts which are A & B divided of our low temperature silicon ink. The rate of them is: A:B=10:1, and it is self dry goods.

To the general common applications like cotton or knitted fabric, can print the clear plus B (A+B (10:1) on the application directly; if different color effect, please mix the color paste with the clear first before to plus B.

To the water proof nylon or polyester fabric applications , we would like to introduce our special paste to print on these kinds of applications first, then to handle the printing process like we mentioned above.

It is must to make sure the previous printing surface dry (usually 15 minute) before the next printing process.

We introduce our special solvent.

If the final process effect does not look smooth as required, we suggest to print the top paste on the surface, usually printing twice or more.

The printer can make the oven dry @ 130℃ about 3 minutes after the surface dry. If the application cannot use the higher temperature, the printer can choose the low temperature oven dry.
