Spinks World architectural spray coatings, paints, or the paints for any form of printing on Glass decoration are opaque, oxidation free, resistance to weather conditions and gloss finishes in standard or custom colors. They can be supplied in array of customer preferred media including screen printing, roll-coating, curtain coating, and spraying.
The technology provides a very durable and even ceramic surface. This new method opens up possibilities to include high performance polished glass for various uses, such as structural glazing, all-glass corners, glass roofs, or window openings. The procedure entails the application of the enamel directly to the coating. After subsequent heating, the enamel dissolves the sputter coating, and the glass fuses to form a very tight bond – similar to the regular float glass enamel. The coating is wholly integrated with the enamel after cooling.
The advent of heat-treated thermal insulation and solar controlled coated glass was a major move in improving customer experience and versatility in implementing architectural glass projects. It contributed to new possibilities for implementing tempered and heat-reinforced glass and the possibility of bending coated glass and, depending on the form of coating, printing on glass with appropriate ceramic paints. This is either printed over the whole surface to produce spreading glass or at the edge of the glass panels to hide structural elements or to create suitable structural surfaces.
On the other side, newer generations of polished glass (e.g., double and triple silver coatings) are not generally compatible with ceramic paints or any other form of paints. As a result, many systems can only be implemented with a high degree of difficulty using traditional processing techniques The typical cut-to-size tempered and heat-reinforced glass, which is also required for this purpose, must also be elaborately polished, which is normally linked to long and erratic shipping times, consistency risks, and, not least, high logistics costs.
Mirror-like effect ink is a newly developed and created screen printing ink (Toughened Tem. 650°C-680°C) that could be tempered. In our lab, these Inks are formulated with years of experiments and specially developed for attraction and longlasting results and weather changes. It was made of special resins and pigments of precious metal. The metal flashing and the flat surface are very identical to the electroplating effect. Beneficial for adorning electronic signs, high-end home appliances, and glass furniture. It might change the appearance of the glass.

2. For second layer, spray pain water-based blue color painting and heat at about 120-150oC for 5 mins to let the screen dry.
3. Send the glass into furnace, heating at over 650oC.
4. Wash off the water-based ink and a 100% double side matching effect will be achieved.
