Design: Our design team is well-versed in utilizing cutting-edge software like SolidWorks, Solid Edge, SolidCAM, and MasterCAM to create fixture proposals and concepts. With almost a decade of fixture design experience, our team is capable of providing solutions for fixtures ranging from simple to highly complex. We have a dedicated team focused on proposing and conceptualizing fixtures.
Feasibility: Our R&D team thoroughly examines the design, considering factors such as space, cost, weight, and safety constraints. This ensures that fixtures are designed for optimal longevity and compatibility with the machinery they'll be used with.
Manufacturing: Our production staff boasts over 15 years of experience in fixture manufacturing, ensuring top-notch craftsmanship.
Testing: We leave no room for compromise when it comes to quality and reliability. Spinks utilizes advanced manufacturing tools, including DMG 5-axis machines, to produce fixtures. We employ a range of testing tools, from digital verniers to coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), to meticulously inspect every fixture. Furthermore, each fixture undergoes rigorous real-world testing to ensure its functionality under actual working conditions.
Installation: Our service and installation team handles the fixture installation at the customer's site. We also provide additional training to the customer during installation to ensure a smooth transition.
