Consumables used in face mask printing inks-

It is important to select the ink used in mask printing carefully. For apparel, garment, and face mask printing, we offer RUCOINX T-200-9000/T-200-9005, Opaque Black, and White in the segment of tagless printing of woven and non-woven fabrics by pad printing.

The inks for printing on masks need to be:

• Highly opaque.
• Non- toxic, cyclohexane free.
• T-200 ink series that is REACH/ROHS, EN 71-para 3 Toy safety standard compliant.
• Oekotex & NAMSA compliant.
• Smell free (odor-free).
• Range of colors though normally black ink is used.

Cliché plates -

Cliché plates play a pivotal role in the face mask printing process. The quality of the print on the mask is dependent upon the quality of the plate, the material it is made of, and the print image on it, to a major extent. Silicone Printing Pads -

One of the key ingredients for crisp, precise, and excellent resolution in the pad printing technique is the silicone rubber printing pad. The rubber pad/ roller picks up the colored image from the color flooded etched cliché plate and transfers it to the substrate each time, every time for each color and every stroking.
