Glass enamel for decorating glass where excellent durability and high gloss are required including architectural, appliance glass and container glass.

Particle size distribution: 10pm ~ 60pm or 5pm ~ 25pm.

Basic Color Range

Firing conditions:

580,C-650,C ( 1076/F-1202/F'). Fire cycle are dependent on the type and thickness of the glass, type of the kiln and belt speed. Coefficient of Thermal Expansion(CTE) : Varies between 80-95x10-7K-1

Print process:

A: It is very import we should remind you during the printing process. We suggest you to use 120 mesh-150 mesh (48T-61T when particle size is 10-60pm ) or 200Mesh(77T particle size is 5-25pm) with nylon screen. If you print too thick, it is easy to get crack and pin holes when you are firing. Contrariwise, if you print too thin, you can't show up the glossy colors of the Metallic & Miracle Iridescent glass enamels. Therefore, we usually suggest the customer to testing the colors with your product line for the bases, after testing without any problem, you may start your production.

B: If you should use the based color of your design ( increase hiding ), you have pay attention on interact of glass enamels and Metallic & Iridescent glass enamels.

Storage:

It is best to store in room temperature: 20,C-25,C and relative humidity (RH) 60%-70% for 1 year. If you store longer, then viscosity is also increased. It is best to use up the glass enamels within two months after you open it.

Notice:

Please don't keep the glass enamels in high temperature environment.

Suitable for Tempered, Bending and Fused process.
